My Leadership Philosophy:
To me leadership is all about the balance of one who is in control, and one who can also be the follower. I believe it takes more than a dictator to be a great leader; it takes a good follower as well. I strive to be a healthy balance between these two to improve orientation and my skills as a leader.
As an orientation ambassador I pledge to lead all of the new students the best I can. I will help you in any way I can and be there for you and all of your questions. If I don’t know the answer then I shall seek the answer for you with no complaints. I pledge to make your orientation an experience that you’ll never forget. Go Tigers!
